How to enable Help --> Diagnostics option in Oracle Applications.

These profiles need to be set at user level. So specific user can access this functionality

Navigation: Go to System Administrator responsibility -->  Profile> System

Step1: Profile Option Name: Utilities:Diagnostics
           User Level: Yes

Step2: Profile Option Name: Hide Diagnostics menu entry
           User Level: NO
